Objectives of TTDRM 2026
To advocate for the integration of systemic risk analysis into disaster risk reduction strategies that support building
national resilience and sustainable development;
To build awareness of regulatory framework and government
policy that support DRRM, Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management, and the response required by public and private sectors;
To create the forum for weighing the benefits of strategic risk
analysis, policy and planning together with the impact and
cost of response and recovery;
To build awareness of the impact of disaster and climate
related threats on the private sector with an emphasis on
small and medium enterprise;
To strengthen partnerships and stakeholder collaboration by
creating opportunities for cross sectoral dialogue, sharing
information and aligning strategies
